Holink is a link-sharing and content management platform for creators, businesses, and users.

About Holink

“We”, “us”, or “Holink” refers to PT Holink Digital Indonesia and its affiliates.

Changes to the Terms

Holink may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes materially affect users, we will attempt to provide 30 days’ notice.

By continuing to use the platform, you accept the updated Terms.

User Accounts

By creating an account, you represent that you:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Keep your account secure
• Don’t share access with others
• Do not use bots or automation

If acting on behalf of a business, you warrant that you have proper authority.

If your account is compromised, contact us immediately.

Username

Usernames must not:

• Infringe trademarks or copyrights
• Impersonate public figures or brands
• Contain pornography, hate speech, or offensive content
• Be used for username squatting

Holink reserves the right to change or disable violating usernames.

Usernames of inactive accounts for 6 months may be reclaimed.

Service Plans & Payments

Holink provides Free and Paid plans.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Automatic renewal
• Recurring charges
• Non-refundable fees
• Access until billing period ends

App Store / Google Play subscriptions follow their own cancellation policies.

User Content

Content includes text, images, links, videos, products, etc., uploaded by you.

You are fully responsible and warrant that your content:

• Is owned by you or you have permission
• Does not violate laws
• Is free from malware or fraud
• Complies with community guidelines

License to Your Content

By uploading content, you grant Holink the license to:

• Display & distribute your content
• Adapt & promote your content
• Use your name & profile for marketing

This license is worldwide, royalty-free, and valid while the content remains on the Platform.
